Locked myself out after changing the cylinder. Called Nova, Alex got to the house soon after I called, yadda yadda yadda, I'm back in my home. Quick, easy, friendly. I hope to never need Nova again, but I'd recommend Nova to anyone.

It was so easy to get keys made. I liked the privacy and convenience of the kiosk in the Hermosa Beach 7-11. I really like how the system keeps copies of the keys I made.

Love the access to the kiosk to have duplicate keys made in minutes. So easy to use. If you choose to have a custom key made, it arrives in a few days, not weeks. Awesome concept!!!

$8 for one standard key (used for a gate). Key worked but wasn't cut that great.

I have used this business before and the house keys were duplicated perfectly. The last house key I attempted to duplicate did not function. I emailed CS w a pic and explanation and they immediately provided a refund. It's a great service, which allows you to store these scanned images in the cloud for future needs.

It was urgent for me to get a duplicate of a house key I needed that evening. KeyMe made it so easy to get a house key...I finally had peace of mind. Not to mention it saved me from being locked out the next few days. 🙏😊 I did try making a car key for my friend's Mini Cooper but it didnt have his car make in there. I wanted to surprise him with an extra car key but unfortunately wasn't able to. That's when you hope to be able to speak to someone to help you out. Other than that one mission was accomplished.
